Dolcetti is a family-run business in Cirencester, making Artisan Italian Gelato, Sorbets and unique Ice Cream Cakes.

We supply local restaurants and hotels, provide mobile scooping freezer and traditional trike for events, and run a Parlour from the factory.

Every 5 litre batch is handmade with love and passion, using traditional methods.

We endeavour to use locally-sourced ingredients where possible without compromising on quality and taste. As well as the popular, traditional flavours we also like to reflect the seasons with bounty from nature.

The Edingvale Herd of pedigree Holstein cows, which graze on College Farm 4 miles from our premises, give us our lovely fresh creamy milk. Our double cream is supplied by a dairy in the Cotswolds.
